This informational site does not provide public file uploads or request proposal materials through a web form. Standard hosting logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability.

Engagement information

Proxima accepts business information and project materials only after a fit check and agreement on scope and handling terms. Clients should use a buyer-approved secure location and provide only materials they are authorized to share.

Restricted information

Do not send credentials, payment-card data, classified or export-controlled information, personal consumer information, protected health information, or restricted client material through ordinary email.

Proxima Test Vault

Proxima Test Vault runs on Atlassian Forge. It stores a customer-provided Zephyr Scale API token as an encrypted, installation-scoped Forge secret and stores generated snapshot archives and indexes in installation-scoped Forge storage. The app sends read-only requests to the Zephyr Scale Cloud API and does not send the token, Zephyr repository data, archives, or reports to a Proxima-operated customer-data backend.

Snapshot archives are retained for up to seven days. Jira administrators can disconnect Zephyr, which deletes the encrypted token and disables daily capture, or permanently delete retained archives and their indexes from the app. Atlassian and SmartBear process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Support information

Support messages may include business contact information, Jira and Zephyr configuration context, and diagnostic details supplied by the customer. Customers must not send API tokens, passwords, archive contents, or other secrets through ordinary email.

Payment information

If the app becomes paid through Atlassian Marketplace, Atlassian will process billing and provide Proxima the transaction, license, and business-contact information needed to administer the subscription. Proxima will not receive full payment-card details.
