This website describes Proxima’s consulting approach and example service shapes. It is not a binding offer, professional opinion, guarantee, or substitute for legal, financial, procurement, architectural, engineering, insurance, or other licensed advice.

Engagements

Any consulting engagement begins only after both parties approve a written scope describing deliverables, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, data handling, and other applicable terms. If this website conflicts with an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.

Public samples

Public samples are illustrative and may be incomplete. They are not customer work unless explicitly identified, do not recommend a bid or business decision, and must not be represented as an official response or compliance determination.

No outcome guarantee

Proxima does not guarantee award, acceptance, compliance, revenue, cost savings, or any other outcome. Clients retain responsibility for source accuracy, approvals, professional review, and final decisions.

Test Vault founding product

Proxima Test Vault is a Forge-native Jira app that creates read-only exports from supported Zephyr Scale Cloud API endpoints. A complete verdict means the app completed the reads it attempted and verified the files in the resulting archive; it does not mean every internal SmartBear record is exposed by the API or that the archive can be automatically restored.

Customers are responsible for authorized access, token management, source-platform availability, retention and protection of downloaded archives, and independently confirming that expected projects and object counts are present.

Beta and availability

The private beta is evaluation software and may change or be withdrawn. Public pricing, service levels, warranty terms, and any refund commitment will be stated separately before a paid Marketplace launch.
